This is a full-time (12-month appointment) benefits eligible position. Head Men’s and Women’s Cross Country, Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field Coach responsibilities will include the management and oversight of all facets of the UMass Boston Men’s and Women’s Track and Field and Cross Country programs. In alignment with the department’s mission to be the top public Division IIII program in the nation, we are looking for a candidate to elevate all programs to excellence at the conference, regional, and national levels.
