The Associate Head Coach/Head Coach in Waiting will be tasked with assisting the Head Coach in all aspects of the program including planning and organizing in-game competitive strategy, practice and workouts, recruiting, and other areas designed to effectively prepare student-athletes to excel in competition. The Associate Head Coach/Head Coach in Waiting will assume the Head Coach position immediately after completion of the 2025 baseball season. This position will have a shared responsibility for recruiting student-athletes that are immediately eligible for the 2025 baseball season and 100% authority on recruiting for those eligible for the 2026 baseball season and beyond.
