This position reports to the Head Cross Country and Track & Field Coach. Responsible to the head coach for providing coaching expertise (sprints, jumps, and hurdles) and leadership of the intercollegiate athletics Women’s Track and Field program. Assist the head coach in the effective management and administration of all aspects relating to a positive and beneficial intercollegiate experience for student-athletes. 1.
