Position Summary The head coach for women’s lacrosse is responsible for the organization and administration of the women’s lacrosse program. Reporting to the director of athletics, this 12-month, full-time position provides *An excellent opportunity to mentor and empower players to be their best selves on and off the field; and *The ability to build up and build upon positive relationships with prospective student-athletes and their families, colleagues, alumni, donors, and the greater Kalamazoo community.
