The Head Men’s / Women’s Track and Field Coach is responsible for leading and directing all aspects of a NCAA Division III track and field program (Sprints and Jumps experience preferred) that advances the mission of intercollegiate athletics and the University. The head coach supervises assistant coaching staff (2 FT positions); leads student recruiting and retention efforts; coaches student athletes and fosters their skill development; leads coaching plans and implementation at practices and competitions; provides for students’ safety, health and wellbeing; assures compliance with NCAA, UMAC and university policies; provides sound fiscal management; supervises equipment oversight, scheduling, travel planning, and summer camps; oversees off-season programs and athlete development; and coo
