About This Role: K-State Athletics is seeking qualified applicants for a DIRECTOR AND HEAD MEN’S AND WOMEN’S TRACK, FIELD AND CROSS COUNTRY COACH, which is a full-time, salaried, benefits-eligible position. An example of job duties includes but are not limited to: Coach, teach, and mentor men's and women's track, field and cross country student-athletes in all areas of the program, and evaluate student-athlete performances in pre-season and in-season practices and competitions. Provide leadership and instruction in all areas of deficiencies, and motivate student-athletes to promote an atmosphere of accomplishment and confidence, and provide for the welfare of the student-athletes at all times. Scout and recruit student-athletes and on-campus visits of prospec
