Event Operations Coordinator
The Athletics Event Operations Coordinator supports and reports to the Director of Event Operations, in day-to-day operations. The Event Operations Coordinator will lead, supervise, manage, and develop student event set-up staff, setting and striking all events. Will review and submit bi-monthly payroll. Create weekly schedules, manage all conversions, and prioritize daily work plans. Ensure all facilities – especially ones preparing for an event or post event – are recruit ready. Checking facilities for loose equipment and materials/tidying up and storing them away, coordinating with custodial to ensure facilities are clean, and ensuring each facility always looks prepared for hosting guests. Aid in inventory control of all equipment and supplies. On occasion, supervise third-party vendor
