The Athletics Event Operations Coordinator supports and reports to the Director of Event Operations, in day-to-day operations. The Event Operations Coordinator will lead, supervise, manage, and develop student event set-up staff, setting and striking all events. Will review and submit bi-monthly payroll. Create weekly schedules, manage all conversions, and prioritize daily work plans. Ensure all facilities – especially ones preparing for an event or post event – are recruit ready. Checking facilities for loose equipment and materials/tidying up and storing them away, coordinating with custodial to ensure facilities are clean, and ensuring each facility always looks prepared for hosting guests.
