The Assistant Women's Soccer Coach is a full-time, 12-month, position responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operation of the Women's Soccer Program. The Assistant Women's Soccer Coach provides effective leadership, recruitment, coaching and monitoring of student-athletes to encourage successful academic and team performance. Specific duties include: player development (practice planning and skill instruction, game management, attention to academics and commitment to community service); recruiting; assisting with administrative responsibilities (scheduling, team travel and balancing the budget); cultivating relationships with alumni; working with Athletics Department staff on fundraising, special events and appearances; and performing other duties as assigned.
