Northern Illinois University (NIU) is accepting applications for the position of Head Coach Softball. This is a full-time, 12-month position with benefits. This position will be responsible for management and administration of all phases of the women’s softball program, student-athletes, and staff. This is a professional coaching position, and all of the duties of the position must be conducted in adherence with the policies, rules and regulations of affiliated national, regional and state intercollegiate athletic associations, the Mid-American conference (or subsequent member conference) and the university.
