Summary: We are currently seeking an experienced Softball Coach who will be responsible for management and development of all aspects of an NCAA Division 3 intercollegiate women's softball program. The ideal candidate will be someone who has a passion for developing and discipleship of student athletes and staff to be all they can be and toward a deeper relationship with Christ, while also having the coaching drive and motivational skills to annually field competitive teams that want to win championships. Responsibilities: Discipleship of female student athletes in the program to facilitate spiritual growth. Teaching and modeling the value of Christian competition.
