Executive Assistant to the Director of Athletics
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide professional administrative support to the Director of Athletics and their executive team. Decision making responsibilities of this position include:
1. Handle sensitive and confidential matters appropriately 2. Schedule and handle arrangements for complex meetings, events and travel 3. Take initiative and solve problems through effective collaboration, efficient resource utilization and appropriate communications 4. Anticipate future needs, issues and conflicts 5.
