Responsibilities include planning, development, and implementation of activities surrounding team practices and contests, budget management, equipment and supplies, fundraising and recruiting, retention, and more. The head coach is accountable for modeling professional demeanor and mentoring student-athletes with an emphasis on the NAIA Champions of Character model.
