Assists the head coach with all aspects of the soccer program including practices and conditioning, player development, recruiting, public relations, and supporting the academic development and graduation of student-athletes. Performs other duties as assigned. Beyond meeting minimum requirements, candidates will be evaluated in terms of how their experience and education have prepared them for Division I assistant coaching including the academic development and graduation of student-athletes, promoting the welfare of student-athletes, recruiting, practice, conditioning, player and public relations, and fundraising.  Coaching philosophy must complement the philosophy of the head coach.
