The Assistant Program Director will work alongside our Program Directors through innovative and high-quality youth development programming and excellence in coaching.  The APD will be expected to provide the highest level of customer service while building upon the program’s unassailable reputation for success on and off the field.  The individual must be highly motivated, detailed-oriented and will demonstrate the ability to adapt and problem solve in a fast-paced, team environment.  Reports to respective Program Directors and the Executive Director.  Flexible schedule, willingness to work weekends and access to transportation is necessary.
