Position Summary The Head Volleyball Coach at Upper Iowa University reports directly to the Director of Athletics and is responsible for planning, directing, and evaluating all aspects and facets of a successful volleyball program on the NCAA Division II level. Duties include, but are not limited to: recruitment of highly skilled and academically qualified student-athletes, monitoring academic progress and eligibility, and effectively analyzing and teaching the fundamentals skills and strategies of the sport. Plan, organize, conduct, and evaluate practice sessions along with developing, implementing, and evaluating game plans and strategies.
