General Responsibility: The Head Diving Coach collaborates with the coaching staff on all facets of the diving program, including but not limited to administrative work, team travel, weekly practice sessions, advising of student-athletes, and compliance with NCAA and NEWMAC conference rules and regulations. This position also assists with recruiting and alumni stewardship. The head diving coach works closely with the Mary Frances Wagley Head Coach of Swimming and Diving to create the best possible experience for MIT student-athletes.
