The Director of Executive Operations serves as the primary point of contact for the Director of Athletics, providing direct support which includes managing inquiries and correspondence, coordinating and scheduling meetings and events, creating and gathering preparatory materials for meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, executing special projects, and supporting the Director of Athleticsâ™ work on University committees and outside organizations.
