Primary responsibilities include: External Relations – Assist the Director of Athletics with external relations. Assist on game days with donor relations and customer service needs. Must be available to work games, nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned. Resource Development – Serve as secondary liaison to the Fairmont State Foundation, Inc. and Office of Alumni Relations. Lead fund raising efforts for $1,000 Club and Annual Day of Giving. Assist with preparation of an annual work plan outlining strategic initiatives, correlating gift table, and prospect pipeline to successfully reach annual donor and dollar goals. Assist with establishing annual departmental goals based on donor and prospect history, department needs, and revenue opportunities. Special Events – Lead
