This position leads and directs an intercollegiate NCAA Division I Swimming and Diving program and duties include, but are not limited to, effective programmatic vision; planning and implementation; recruitment and retention of academically and athletically qualified student-athletes; supervision of assistant coaches; development of strong relationships with student-athletes, faculty, and staff; practice planning and preparation; practice and meet coaching; camp business development and operation; community service coordination; sound business and financial management; fundraising; and other duties as assigned.
