Essential Functions: •Work in cooperation with Athletics staff, campus partners, donors, and volunteers to identify, cultivate and solicit existing donors and donor prospects with major gift (+$50k) capacity. •Manage a portfolio of approximately 250 donors and prospects for major gift and high-level annual fund cultivation and solicitation. •Advance relationships with prospective donors through appropriate stages of qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. •Prepare proposals and solicit prospects for major and annual gifts to secure a minimum annual goal of $3M toward the unit’s fundraising goals. •Frequent travel and/or evening and weekend duties are required.
