Skyline Elite SC is seeking a director to lead its Girls Academy program which competes in the Mid-Atlantic Conference of the Girls Academy League. The Girls Academy Director is responsible to carry out the mission of the Skyline Elite Soccer Club. Prime responsibilities include management and oversight of the girls program of Skyline Elite, currently six teams U13-U19. The GA Directorworks with the Technical Director to plan, develop, execute and evaluate a systematic player and coach development program for the Skyline Elite club. The Girls Academy Director is a member of the staff leadership team, an authority onsoccer development, leader of the girls’ team coaches, a chief communicator of the club’s philosophy and policy, and representative to Skyline Elite
