Position Summary: The head coach is responsible for facilitating all aspects that are associated with running a collegiate basketball program. The head women’s basketball coach will recruit student-athletes and manage full-time and part-time coaches and student workers. In addition, the head coach will plan, implement, and evaluate student-athletes' performance on and off the court. The head coach is also responsible for conducting marketing initiatives, equipment maintenance, game preparation and tactical strategies, travel coordination, budget preparation and reconciliation, and organizing and facilitating summer camps.
