PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Director of Sports Marketing and Promotions is responsible to lead and execute all planning, operations, and elements of the ISU Athletics Department marketing and engagement functions with a high standard of excellence. This position is directly responsible for the creation, implementation, and execution of ISU Athletics marketing and fan engagement initiatives. These initiatives should enhance ISU Athletics’ brand and focus on introducing new dynamic experiences at ISU Athletic competitions and other events, and drive ticket sales and attendance. The position shall focus on implementing strategic marketing plans to connect and engage with both internal and external constituents including but is not limited to: season ticket holders, donors
