The Director of Athletic Communications is responsible for assisting with comprehensive communications, media and public relations strategy for the College's Department of Athletics set forth by the Assistant AD for Communications. Duties including the creation and distribution of written and visual website content, photography, statistical compilation and analysis, maintaining historical archives and implementing social media initiatives for the department and assigned sports. 1.). Sport coverage responsibilities include: Writing event recaps, weekly press releases, update website, and distribute event recap and result to media organizations covering the team. 2.) Website updates include: Updating team and department schedules, coaches and player bios, rosters, spec
