Head Coach, Swimming
As the head coach of swimming, you will communicate with students, parents, and physicians to determine student-athlete eligibility, establish procedures for injuries/emergencies, handle travel arrangements, and complete necessary paperwork. In this position you will create and implement methods to learn the potential of student-athletes and will encourage students to graduate in four years and to pursue a rewarding career. The head coach schedules competitions and well-organized practices and must maintain office hours for student-athletes to discuss any concerns. You will maintain a positive, enthusiastic atmosphere for students at all times. Travel Required: 20% to 40% Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Fri
