SUMMARY Assists the Director with the daily operations of the men’s and women’s track and field and cross-country programs at Millikin University. Analyzes performance and instructs athletes in events and techniques in preparation for and during athletics competition. Assists the Head Coach and Athletic Director with all phases of competitive NCAA and CCIW compliant recruiting.
