This Assistant Athletic Trainer position will be with the sport of Football, including day-to-day operations, practice/game coverage, and any required travel. Perform a variety of duties implementing the prevention, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of student-athletes within the University of Nebraska Athletic Department under the supervision of the Chief Medical Director, Associate Athletic Director of Athletic Medicine, and Head Football Athletic Trainer. Adherence to all NCAA, conference, and institutional rules and regulations will be required. The selected candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion. Required coverage and travel with the team will involve working long hours, nights, weekends, and some holidays.
