Northwestern College invites applicants for a full-time, 10-month position as an assistant volleyball coach. Responsibilities will include administration and promotion of the program in a manner consistent with the mission and goals of the Northwestern athletic department, recruiting athletes, and assisting the head coach in all duties regarding the volleyball team (85%). This position will also involve responsibilities within the athletics department depending on immediate needs of the department and the skill set of the new coach (15%).
