Football Assistant Director of Football Operations Ball State University

Position Function: Perform and assist with administrative and planning duties for the football program, working directly with the Director of Football Operations and the football staff; ensure that the football program operates in full compliance with the university, conference and NCAA rules and regulations.
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university.
Minimum Experience: At least six months of related experience in operations or related field within intercollegiate athletics.
Minimum Other: Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills, strong work ethic and self-starter, organizational skills, and great attention to detail. Candidate must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
Preferred Experience: Related experience working in Division 1 Athletics.
