Under general supervision of the Athletics Director, the Head Coach, Women’s Volleyball is responsible for the management of the Women's Volleyball program, which is an NCAA Division I program in the Big West Conference. Hires and supervises assistant coaches; oversees practice and game day coaching; identifies, evaluates, and recruits academically qualified student-athletes and monitors their academic progress; and maintains a team Academic Progress Rate at 985 or above the NCAA minimum requirements. Develops a competitive schedule; adheres to university and departmental practices relating to expenditures; cultivates and maintains effective relations with students, parents, faculty, staff, media, and friends of the University.
