The U.S. Naval Academy seeks an Assistant Women’s Rugby Coach to assist with the development and organization of a competitive NCAA Division I Women’s Rugby program competing in the National Intercollegiate Rugby Association (NIRA). Responsibilities include developing practice plans, travel, recruiting, program administration, and other duties as assigned by the Head Coach. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree, coaching experience, the ability to recruit academically and athletically qualified students, and the knowledge of and ability to abide by NCAA, NIRA, and all other governing rules and regulations.
