The Head Men’s & Women’s Triathlon Coach reports directly to the Sr. Associate Athletic Director or Internal Operations and is responsible for the organization and administration of the Men’s & Women’s Triathlon program in accordance of the University and the NCAA. The Head Triathlon Coach must commit to developing a competitive NCAA Division I Men’s & Women’s Triathlon program while maintaining an emphasis on the academic success of the student-athlete. The Head Triathlon Coach will be expected to administer the program in a manner that promotes the health, safety, and welfare of the student-athlete.
