United States Sports Academy (USSA) seeks a mature and experienced professional to serve as our inaugural Head Women’s Soccer Coach and launch our soccer program from the inception point. The Head Women’s Soccer Coach is expected to lead the university team in all aspects of student-athlete success by modeling a championship program in character and communication, both on the field and in the classroom. USSA has been conferring regionally and nationally accredited degrees for over 50 years but has just decided to add intercollegiate sports. All soccer practices and games will be held at the Fairhope Soccer Complex in Fairhope, AL. The expectation is 20-25 women will take the field in August 2024.
