Primary purpose of the Administrative Support Specialist is to provide assistance to the Associate & Assistant Athletic Directors, Coaching Staff, and Student-Athletes. This position will complete a variety of administrative tasks including: Process ChromeRiver travel- arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; collect, store and maintain game contracts and hotel agreements; compose and prepare correspondence that is sometimes confidential, and compile documents for travel-related meetings; and ensure correspondence records are maintained and filed in a neatly and organized.
