Southwestern University seeks candidates for the position of Assistant Women’s Softball Coach with a second administrative or coaching duty as assigned by the Athletic Director. This is an entry-level position with coaching responsibilities that include, but are not limited to, the administration of daily softball operations, recruiting, team training, home event management, practice organization, and other duties as assigned by the Head Coach. Competitive women’s softball experience as an athlete and/or coach at the intercollegiate level is necessary. This is a 12-month, full-time, exempt position with benefits.
