The Associate Head Coach for Women's Soccer will assist in the planning, organizing and coaching of the ISU women’s soccer team. Job duties include the following: Assists in coaching and designing game plans and strategies. Recruits and recommends individuals for scholarships. Evaluates individual performance and provides leadership and instruction in areas of deficiency. Counsels team members in academic, disciplinary and personal matters. Performs other duties as assigned.
