The Director of Athletics Marketing will manage outreach efforts utilizing a broad range of techniques and strategies including UNC Asheville athletics digital platform, website, social media, email communication and hands on community interaction to engage people in UNC Asheville athletics mission and programs. The target audience includes both people who are already aware of and participating with UNC Asheville athletics as well as the community-at-large.
Design and implement marketing strategies that increase attendance and revenue, as well as enhance the fan experience and game day atmosphere for home contests.
Create and execute strategies to engage people in UNC Asheville athletic programs with a special focus on the local Asheville community.
