Associate Athletic Director, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging
Summary/Objective
The Associate Director of Athletics for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) will lead the Athletic Department’s efforts to create and maintain a culture of mutual respect and unity and to combat bias based on gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, race and all other identities. The position will have oversight of all aspects of DEIB education and training for student-athletes, coaches and staff within the athletics department. This position will help advance the university’s goal of inclusive excellence. The position will serve as a member of the Athletic Department’s senior staff assisting the Director of Athletics with high-level organizational decisions.
