The Assistant Athletics Director for Operations will report directly to the Director of Athletics and will oversee all aspects of home contest management and athletics events. -Manage school-to-school contracts for all home and away contests -Hire, train, and supervise 40+ student workers throughout the year -Create and maintain student-worker schedule for 200+ home contests -Be physically present at the majority of home games throughout the year to help with site supervision duties such as solving technical problems (scoreboard malfunction, equipment failure, etc.), student-worker issues, crowd control. -Send detailed information to officials about field location, parking, day-of-contest information and notify them if any changes occur due to weather, etc. -Send detailed informati
