Southwestern Community College is seeking a full-time athletic director. The athletic director is responsible for the administration and supervision of the intercollegiate athletic department. This position will also serve as the lead athletic fundraiser responsible for raising funds for facilities, equipment and scholarships. The athletic director will work in partnership with the Dean of Student Services and the Executive Director of the Education Foundation and collaborate with college coaching staff to ensure the success of the athletic program for the college. The athletic director will ensure overall program compliance with NJCAA, ICCAC, and college policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will be student-athlete focused with the ability to also be innovative and forward-
