The University of Nevada Athletics Department is seeking a Social Media Coordinator. Under general direction, the Social Media Coordinator will provide oversight of department social media and assist with photography, design and motion graphics for Nevada Athletics. The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for aiding in oversite, managing and occasionally producing content for teams' official social media platforms as well as tracking analytics. This position must adhere to NCAA and Mountain West rules and regulations, as well as policies and procedures of the department, the university, and the Nevada Board of Regents.
Bachelor’s Degree and two (2) years of related work experience; or a Master's Degree and one (1) year of related work experience.
Related Experience: Communications, IT, Finance, Marketing or related field. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, video codes and formats, motion graphics, knowledge of photography and video equipment or related.
Schedule or Travel Requirements
Variable work schedule including night, weekends and holidays.
