Under the general supervision of the Associate Director of Student Life and Development in Club Sports, the Coordinator will implement NCAA and Big West student-athlete development programming and initiatives focused on key areas including professional development, career development, self-discovery initiatives, leadership development, life-skills, and wellness education for student athletes based on their unique needs. In consultation with Athletics Senior Associate Athletic Director, the incumbent will help develop and implement programming and events including community service, civic engagement, and campus involvement efforts to engage student athletes, promote belonging, and in support of department efforts.
