Under the direction of the Associate AD for External Operations, the Director of Ticket Sales and Service will provide leadership and strategic direction for the ticket sales and service unit within Athletics. This position will be responsible for developing and executing results-driven sales strategies to drive revenue, providing elite customer service for season ticket members and guests and managing ticket operations in collaboration with Portland State University Box Office leadership for all ticketed sports.
