The Assistant Athletic Trainer will assist in the daily health care of student athletes and Sports Medicine Facility operation under the direction of the Associate AD for Sports Medicine and Medical Director; will work with student-athletes and staff with the prevention, recognition of, acute care for and therapeutic rehabilitation of injuries and illnesses; will record and maintain appropriate medical records; will supervise and work with the Sports Medicine Staff to provide daily practice/event coverage and travel with assigned sport(s); Will supervise and evaluate athletic training students and interns in the clinical setting; will maintain inventory and supplies; will screen and refer injured/ill student-athletes to team physicians; will always represent Radford University and the Spor
