The Director of the Highlander Club is responsible for the strategic planning, communication, organization, and oversight of the Radford Athletics Highlander Club. This role leads the execution of multiple events, coordinates donor and community relations, and other Highlander Club and athletics-related services and functions as directed by the Director of Athletics. Develop and oversee a comprehensive communication and marketing plan for donor engagement, stewardship, and cultivation that enhances relationships with athletic donors, former student-athletes, volunteers, and donor prospects.
