The Assistant or Associate Coach position (position title and salary commensurate with experience level) provides assistance to the Director of Tennis with activities including practice, matches, and recruitment. This position is integral to the development of the individual student-athlete both mentally and physically. This position provides teaching and mentoring to team members to drive them to perform at their highest. This position is also critical to creating a sense of camaraderie and a presence in the community utilizing the coaches and the student-athletes.
