Coastal Carolina University is accepting applications for the position of Facilities and Operations Assistant in Athletics. Coastal Carolina University is an NCAA Division I institution and a member of the Sun Belt Conference. Duties include, but are not limited to:
•Serve as game management assistant during all NCAA athletic events as well as other day-to-day operations; •Assist with scheduling of practices for outdoor/indoor athletic events in athletic facilities; •Serve as game day liaison for 19 Division I sports as needed; •Assist with coordination and communication of event staffing with 3rd party vendor(s) related to athletic event management; •Comply with mandatory training policies, procedures and the University’s Code of Ethical Conduct; Report any potential Title IX and/or Minors on Campus policy violations; •Report any potential Title IX and/or Minors on Campus policy violations; and •Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Intercollegiate Athletics and University Recreation or his designee.
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree is required. A master’s degree and athletic event operations experience is preferred. Athletics Administrator (UH16/ TL5690/ NS01184P), full-time position with benefits. The salary for this position is $28,250.00. This position is eligible for overtime. Normal work days and hours vary. Must be flexible to meet the special scheduling needs of the university. Required to work holidays, nights and weekends. Travel required.
Requirements: A master’s degree in Athletic Training or a related field of study is required. NATA-BOC and CPR/AED certification are also required.
