Develop, promote, and supervise all facets of a competitive NCAA Division II women’s indoor/outdoor track & field and cross country program within the guidelines of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC), and St. Cloud State University.
