Williams College XC/Track & Field is excited to announce two openings for Assistant Coaches in the Athletics Department. These are full time, 12-month, term appointments with the possibility of renewal. Chosen coaches would work with the men’s and women’s XC and track & field programs.  All are encouraged to apply, although expertise coaching speed/power events (jumps, throws, multis and/or sprints) is preferable.  PV and/or Throws experience expressly welcomed.  Strong candidates will have corresponding influence to guide and train their event group within a unified, passionate community of driven coaches and student-athletes.  Williams College is committed to building an inclusive community where members of all backgrounds can thrive.
