The University of Tennessee, a member of the Southeastern Conference, has a twelve-month internship position available July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024. This position is designed to expose the individual to all aspects of a ticket office's operation, including learning the Ticketmaster/Archtics ticketing system and customer service. Responsibilities - Manage all ticket office responsibilities for Olympic sports - Assist with game-day management of football and basketball - Assist with reconciliation of events - Attend meetings and events as assigned by the Director of Ticket Operations.
